  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 5 green onions sliced
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, and fish sauce. Set aside.
