  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. capers drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions
