  • 1 can 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream and additional chopped fresh cilantro for serving optional

Instructions
