Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
1/4cupfinely chopped picklespreferably sweet
1/4cupfinely chopped red onion
2tablespoonscapersdrained and chopped
1tablespoondijon mustard
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespooncurry powder
1tablespoonlemon juice
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, red onion, and capers.
Stir in the dijon mustard, honey, curry powder, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the remoulade sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Once chilled, taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed.
