Ingredients
8ouncesfresh mozzarellasliced 1/4-inch thick
2medium tomatoessliced 1/4-inch thick
Sea salt
Ground white pepper
1/4cupextra-virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
3tablespoonsfresh basilchopped
Instructions
Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices alternately and overlapping on a serving platter.
Sprinkle the slices with sea salt and ground white pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture over the mozzarella and tomato slices.
