Ingredients
1medium cucumber
2cupsGreek yogurt
2clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonchopped fresh dillor mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill (or mint). Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
