Ingredients
1.5pounds700 grams beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4cupolive oil
2tablespoonslemon juice
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonground turmeric
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Wooden skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes before grilling
Chopped parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Add beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated beef cubes onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
