Ingredients
¼cupsoy sauce
¼cuporange marmalade
2tablespoonsketchup
3clovesgarlic — crushed
6poundsboneless country-style pork ribs
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange marmalade, ketchup, and crushed garlic.
Brush the sauce mixture on both sides of the pork ribs.
Place the ribs in a slow cooker or crockpot and pour the remaining sauce over them.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
Once cooked, serve the Chinese-style country ribs as a main dish with steamed white rice and vegetables. You can also enjoy them with stir-fried vegetables or noodles as a side.
