Ingredients
10ozfrozen chopped spinachthawed and squeezed dry
1cupsour cream
1cupmayonnaise
1packet dry vegetable soup mix
1/2cupchopped green onions
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix.
Add the chopped spinach, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
