Ingredients
2cans sweet corndrained
¼cuppickled jalapenosdiced
10ozmozzarella cheeseshredded
1bunch scallionschopped
2/3cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonsugar
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, pickled jalapenos, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped scallions.
Add the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish or skillet.
Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
