Ingredients
2small cucumbersthinly sliced
3small onionsthinly sliced
2tablespoonswater
6tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
3tablespoonssugar
3tablespoonsfresh dillchopped (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers and onions.
Season lightly with salt and toss together until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and optional chopped fresh dill to the cucumber and onion mixture.
Toss until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours or until ready to serve.
