Ingredients
1 ¼cupswater
¼cupskim dry milk
1 ½teaspoonssalt
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonscanola oil
1cupwhole wheat flour
2 ¼cupsbread flour
¼cupflax seeds
2tablespoonssunflower seeds
1 ¾teaspoonsyeast
Instructions
In the bread pan of your machine, measure the water, skim dry milk, salt, honey, and canola oil.
Add both flours, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and yeast to the pan.
Select the whole wheat cycle for a 1 ½ pound loaf.
Allow the bread machine to run its course, which will take approximately 55 minutes.
Once baked, remove the loaf from the machine and let it cool before slicing.
