Ingredients
1 ½cupswater
¼cuphoney
2tablespoonscanola oil
1 ½cupswhole wheat flour
3cupsunbleached flour
1teaspoonsalt
¼cupwheat germ
¼cupsunflower seeds
2tablespoonssesame seeds
2tablespoonswheat bran
1tablespoonbulgar
1teaspoondry yeast
Instructions
Place water, honey, and canola oil into the bread pan of your bread machine.
Add the whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, salt, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, wheat bran, bulgur, and dry yeast into the bread pan.
Select the basic whole wheat bread cycle for a 2-pound loaf and set the baking time to approximately 55 minutes.
Press start and let the bread machine do the work of kneading, rising, and baking.
Once the bread is finished baking, carefully remove the loaf from the bread pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool.
Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
