Ingredients
1head garlic — peeled
½cupItalian parsley — coarsely chopped
¼cuprosemary — coarsely chopped
2tablespoonsblack peppercorns — fresh-ground
2tablespoonscapers
1tablespooncapers juice
1tablespooncoarse salt
½cupolive oil
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
Drizzle the olive oil into the paste while continuing to blend, until well incorporated.
Transfer the garlic herb paste into a refrigerated container and store it in the refrigerator.
