4tablespoonsbutter
4tablespoonsall-purpose flour
4cupsturkey stock
½cuppan drippings

Instructions
Melt Butter: In a large sauté pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add Flour: Add 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and mix well with a kitchen spoon. Let the mixture cook slowly for approximately 5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
Gradually Add Liquids: Gradually pour in 4 cups of turkey stock and ½ cup of pan drippings while stirring continuously. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth in texture.
Season: Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
